iTrans Chicago Metra App Reviews

I havent been able to get any data to the app since 1 January 2016. When I attempt to access the companys website through the link on this page, I get an error in Safari saying, "Safari cant open the page ... because the server where this page is located isnt responding." It looks as though either the company is going through a temporary major technical failure, or that it has ceased operations under the "iTrans" brand.

Dont download this app. No longer works. Have sent the company several emails and all have gone unanswered. Sad. Used it all the time.

This was a great app but for the last several weeks it no longer shows any schedule information. So basically it does nothing at this point. Ive tried reaching out to their support multiple times with no response. Ill have to find another app.

I have used this app in the past and was pleased with its accuracy. Today when I tried to schedule a trip no information is available. Every attempt returns “No trip found”. Totally unacceptable- DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

I purchased this app and then signed up for the required paid subscription to get push alerts. No information is available. When I click on my route, I get an error message that the service isnt available.

The app allowed me to purchase a subscription, but after purchase shows all lines as "not in service" - thanks for literally stealing $3.

Schedules no longer appear since the turn of the new year 2016. Appears this app is no longer supported or useful. Apple should remove this ASAP!! I feel sorry for those who pay the in-app purchase thinking itll fix it. It does NOT! This app no longer has a use.

It used to work and was great app. Now it doesnt work havent in past 30 days Refund my money

Once used this paid app, but like metra itself, unreliable. Stopped working as of January & dont see any point in keeping this app on my phone any longer.

This used to be helpful. Now its not.
